Muv-Luv Alternative: Strike Frontier’s New Event Is All About Blue Flag

Android, iOS, Muv-Luv Alternative: Strike Frontier, News, Originals, PC, Platforms

Normally the Muv-Luv mobile game Muv-Luv Alternative: Strike Frontier gets new events on Thursdays, but at times there are exceptions. Today DMM implemented a brand new one focused on the Blue Flag combat exercises.

You may be familiar with the settings even if you have not played the games, as this part of the Muv-Luv saga is featured in the rather popular anime Muv-Luv Alternative Total Eclipse.

Simply by playing the event you can drop or unlock two SSR TSF, Tarisa Manandal’s XFJ-01b Shiranui Type-2 Phase 2 Unit 2, the Infinities Squadron’s F-22A EMD Phase 2 Raptor.

The special gacha launched with the event comes with SSR Sharon Aim, Leon Kuze, and Tarisa Manandal. We also get three spare HR from the Chinese Bao-Feng test flight: Wang Shaofeng, Lou Yahua, and Lee Linmei.

Perhaps the juiciest part of the event is the sizable number of gacha tickets you can get, which includes five SSR and ten SR tickets. This means that you’ll get at least five guaranteed SSR results, plus possibly more from the SR tickets. This is what I meant in today’s episode of our WeebCast when I defined this game one of the most generous on the gacha market.

You can take a look at all the goodies below. This event is running in addition to the Operation Lucifer Part II event which is still active.

n other Muv-Luv news, you can check out our recent review of the main trilogy while you wait for the upcoming PS Vita release. You can also read our interview with creator Koki Yoshimune, in which he shared a lot of interesting information, including a few tidbits on Strike Frontier.

Muv-Luv Alternative: Strike Frontier is currently available for iOS, Android, and on browsers for PC.
