Ni No Kuni II Gets New Trailer Shifting the Spotlight on Roland

Bandai Namco, Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, Originals, PC, PS4

Today Bandai Namco released a new trailer for the upcoming JRPG by Level-5 Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom.

The trailer focuses basically only on cutscenes, and more specifically, it focuses on Roland. Incidentally, he’s much cooler than the protagonist Evan, so I’ll just leave this here for the record.

As usual, the game looks fantastic, with a lot of attention placed on making the animation feel like a Studio Ghibli movie, despite the fact that the popular animation powerhouse isn’t directly involved in the second title of the series.

Earlier, we heart that this is part of a series of trailers that already introduced Evan himself, and will feature Tani down the line. We don’t know if more are coming beyond that.

You can check it out below. If you want to see more, you should watch the first 25 minutes of gameplay, and read our latest preview.

We recently learned that Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom has gone gold, and it will launch for PS4 and PC on March 23rd, 2018.
